Though I do not remember us questioning any transfers at the time apart from Ageymang.
Vine, Helguson and Hall were well received at the time.
Maybe a in few years time we might turn around and say Clarke, Hill, Mackie or Orr were bad signings you never know.
Truthfully at the time we were bottom in August and when we brought these players in and moved up the table, it was pretty much like now euphoria. You are judged years on whether you are a good player or not and many have conveniently short memories forgetting how the last real batch of signings were viewed amongst fans.
