The fact that they still owe clubs money(motherwell,sunderland) and they're allowed to sign bellemy and pay half his wages is quite laughable.I really don't know how they get away with it??? Also how everything they do goes through the welsh F.A is the biggest p*** take in football.If you're playing in the English league you play by English rules and comply with how the 'English' F.A deem fit! Still shows our F.A up for how dumb and stupid they really are at the end of the day. WHAT A JOKE!

The rules on loans need to be changed - if the club taking the loanee are not going to pay his wages it should be against the rules. Cardiff are basically being allowed players they cannot afford, could never afford and cant even pay!

Therefore a premier league team are having control over games in our division - it could lead to nursery clubs, conflict if interests etc

The rule should be that if you have outstanding debts that have no prearranged repayment plan (buying a player and paying in istallments) you should not be allowed to buy/loan players until agreement on outstanding debt is made. It could be that ****ing simple.

Man City are just as bad..... it seems like they are just going to buy every decent player around and then loan them to teams that wont challenge them in the premier league.

It was bad enough when Chelsea bought the title but this is a whole other level.

I for one am glad our owners have not done the same.
