You say that but Bellamy will put up to 3000 extra bums on seats IMO

      Lets say the average ticket cost £20 x 3000 = £60k

Bellamy gets paid 95k a week so lets say they pick up 45k, even if its 2000 extra fans it still equates to covering his wages.

        thats a good point w12
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Least we forget about all the merchandising etc.....I go as far as saying signing Bellamy on loan will make them a clear profit.

reading the sun, says half, guardian and telegraph says 70k.

still a lot of money to be spending.

not really, I think w12 is right it could actually work out to be very good business.

They also have a stadium that needs some filling and this will add a few thousand.

I think it's more the case that Cardiff are desperate to go up as they have tried so long and missed out.

A ccording to the Mail its £35,000 Cardiff and £50,000 Man City.

Its ironic that Cardiff owe a small club like Motherwell £175,000, yet are backed by wealthy Malaysians and can afford to bring in Bellamy, Koumas,Drinkwater,Olofinjana and Martin John. I hope they get their just desserts.

                              city are paying 80%
                              cardiff are paying 20%

just heard it on the radio from a spokesman. oh and EVERYONE is saying this signing will get them up, bellamy, chopra etc and david jones is far to much for this league.
so going by the pundits, looks like we are going to have to settle for second guys.
