why are you trying to find faults, take it you won't cheer if he scores, not even been confirmed and the negativity is a joke.

Unbelievable. Brilliant fans we have. "His knees are too nobbly, would not touch". Shut up and have some faith in warnock.

warnock is the best man manager on the planet. he can work any bad boy, walters reputation is no worry of ours at all.
by the way, is this deal actually confirmed or are we still going on the usual rumours?

No not all....if he joins i will cheer him on and sing his name...

But this will be our record signing are we spending the right money on the right player.

I personally would prefer Chopra or Kitson....if we are spending that kind of money.

i would love walters to come but if the 3m+ fee is correct then i feel we should have spent that on a prolific striker but in warnock we trust

we won't know if he is the right player until he has played for the r's, all the past of a player virtually goes out the window when signing for a new club, he might be totally different here than he was at ipswich of any other club.

Plus no one knows for sure how much transfer money warnock has to spend.
                      They seek him here.................

Plymouth fans said Mackie just ran around getting caught offside and always missed 2 goals in 2 games.

Walters was there captian till last saturday and keane said the secod best player in the ccc last year behind Adam from blackpool.

Warnock will have a place for Walters And if he scores 20 goals or just 1 if he helps gets Qpr to the prem i will be very happy with the £3.2mill spent.

Think the main problem some have with this signing is that for months we have hoped for and believed that we will be getting a proven out and out striker. Warnock announces his main target is on his way this week and it appears at the moment that that player is Walters.

Many are naturally disappointed as Walters - who has slipped under a lot of our radars in terms of knowing how good he is - is not the "out and out" striker they anticipated us signing.

Also, disappointment comes from paying a hefty price for someone who appears to play in an area of the field we are already adequately covered for and the understandable concern that either Hogan or Mackie will make way - suggestions that Walters will have to fight for his place seem somewhat fanciful given he will become our most expensive signing and for the price is an unlikely benchwarmer or someone to fill a lack of depth in the squad.

Personally, I think the guy would be a useful addition but tbh, would rather that amount be spent on our elusive striker. However, no one has indicated that that problem isn't going to be addressed. Think if we had bought the striker first and then Walters, there wouldn't be so much concern. IMO.
