I really can't believe some of the reactions from our "Fans" yet again. The board are finally signalling their intent and spending some money. Something we have all moaned about for years (We will never know the true fee for Walters i'm sure)

You may not like the player or neither be impressed with his record, but the board are backing our manager, as by all accounts, this was NEIL WARNOCKS target. Surely we can't ask for more then the board to back our manager.

Some of you need to get a grip and get behind the lad when he actually kicks a ball for the first time, scary thought, he might be actually be a success.

Also, with rumours around that Kitson is still on the agenda, shocked that some people are still not happy.

What will it take.............................

1 - We are spending money wether you like the players or not
2 - We have played 2 in the league and won 2 and have yet to concede.
3 - We have a proven manager, who is getting the team to tick at last.

New players still coming in, players to come back from injury, for once what is there to moan about.

Absolutely. It doesn't enter the mind of some of our fans that...

-Chopra/Hooper may not have wanted to join us
-Neil is still working to get more players in
-Walters isn't an out and out striker
-The fee is very doubtful going to be £3m up front
-The signing adds quality to a depleted squad

The board are spending.

They trust Warnock and so should we, if he thinks this lad coming in will help us progress then all we should be worried about is turning up sat and cheering on our football team.

Personally i think Walters is a excellent signing. He is a good player...

People will allways moan, fact of life, even when were doing well and lose a match the norm reaction from the moaners will be along the lines of ""Ha knew it wouldnt last, or i told you we didnt have what it takes""...

There is a poster on here who has stated that we are having press conf tomorrow to announce Roberts.

Now...we are signing Walters for £3.2 Mill and Kitson to follow.

Agree, but it's becoming tiresome now as some people are moaning literally for the sake of moaning.

1 - The manager merry go round (We now look to have a solid manager)
2 - We never spend money (We are spending money)
3 - The only place we are going is down (We are looking ok this season)

I could sit here all night, for once, can't we be happy that the board are giving OUR manager money to spend on the players HE wants.

True say, i've been on here long enough to know when something is utter rubbish and when something is fact, the Walters signing seems to have a lot of credence behind it. So i'm confident it will be announced
