I've got to be honest I know very little about Walters. I've looked at his record and it looks ordinary at best. If this site is to be believed 3m for someone with his record is a ridiculous price.

To think that we wouldn't pay 3m for Chopra, who is a class apart at this level, but will for this guy it just doesn't sit right.

As I say I don't know much about him so hope to be proved wrong, but for me Roberts and Chopra every day of the week.

Im sure NW has spotted potential which they hope to exploit. Walters as a target man? Remains to be seen. Chopra is 5ft 8, so does not have the aerial presence to be a target man.

comparing a winger to a striker ok.

people look at his record and say average at best, what his record may not show ( not sure tho ) is how many assists, or how many chances created that the shyte ipswich strikers missed.
A bit like adel creating for our non existent strikers last season, creating chances doesn't get registered in football stats.

He is a decent player that improves our squad and probably improves our starting 11 as well

dont worry about Keane letting him go, Keane would cut his own nose off to spite his face, if we benefit from Keane's stubborness then so be it
