Let's just hope we remain injury free...
That will sort out the men from the boys

In fairness, this is as good a time as any to attract the quality of player we need. An excellent start will make us a more attractive prospect to players and agents alike.
Currently we need cover for Orr (that is, a proper RB not Ramage or Connolly slotting in) and Hill (ditto Borrowdale, who simply isn't the required standard), Derry (as much for leadership qualities as anything, and assuming Mahon is finished), Faurlin (and that won't come cheap), and finally someone to lead the line other than Helguson, who should only be cover himself (Roberts imo would be wonderful). I'm not sure we really have a poacher to play 4-4-2 effectively, but it's really up to NW to decide if he wants to play that way as an alternative.
Too many of the current "options" played against Vale and the result was there to see. No future that I can see here now for Borrowdale, Legs, Vine (sadly) or Agyemang, and probably not for Cook either (also sadly). They need to be encouraged to leave asap, and if they won't, send them training with the kids. They are all young enough not to want to do that for too long.
