Today, really expected it be a tough game, but what a terrific spell we had in the first half, with Tarrabt puling the strings, Mackie running his socks off and whilst I've been a critic of Hogan Emphraim, today he was simply sensational.

Hogan took first goal well, after beating the offside trap which was held exceptioanlly high by the United defenders, a few minutes later we were two nil up, this time Orr crosses to Hogan, who chips it to Mackie who could not possibly miss.

A few minutes later (by memory) Hogan wins the penalty after being denied a clear scoring opportunity by their keeper.

One thing we will have to sort is, who should take the penalties... Helguson clearly picked it up after the penalty incident for Taarabt to take it off him. I'm sure Warnock will sort it, it does need addressing.

Will write more detail tommorrow, but absoultey shattered..

See, this is the thing that bugs me about Adel 'it's my ball' Taarabt. Please don't get me wrong...I'm pleased he's signed, but the guy needs to grow up. Heider is a striker, and a very decent player. He needs goals to help his confidence and penalties are part of it. Adel's actions aren't helping him. That said, Heider needs to man up and tell him to f**k off.

To be fair, Taarabt has put both of his away, so we can't moan too much, but this still annoys me as it's shown his greed and arrogance again.

Either way...great win once more. Get these strikers in and we'll be even better.

I thought who ever won the penalty did not take it. Like Barnsley, Adel won the 1st pen and Helga took it.

Hence Helga won it, so Adel took it.

But i will say, if you think that Bowles would ever let anyone else take a pen your mistaken. He would have acted the same way as Adel. If your all going to jump on every selfish move he makes can i request that it has it own forum as its going to be a long whinge
