Had the team that played Sat played tues we would have beaten port vale easily! Yes they may have all spent more on players than us and where are they? apart from bolton? all in the same league..leicester have changed managers almost as much as us. Which of the managers we have had would you still have managing us instead of warnock (apart from di canio) who left through choice. there are too many people on this board talking with too little knowledge and presenting it as fact!!! and that is a fact!!

Sousa was building from defence and given the chance would have made a good manager....But we know who we can thank for his departure!!!!!!

Heard NW on Talksport this morning and he and Alan Brazil both commented on how football has changed and that they cannot understand why a player won't drop his demands so as to actually play regular football rather than sitting in the reserves or on the bench !

But it hasn't affacted our gates one bit.

                  vicious cycle

                  It becomes a vicious cycle:

More and more fans become disillusioned and cynical, so they drift away and gates decrease. The board tries to get them back on side with various token gestures/offers but the fans don't buy it because of their inherent scepticism, but the board can't back down by lowering prices/spending big etc arguing that the club needs to be run prudently and stand on its own feet...and so you reach an impasse...sooner or later something has to give of course...
