Morris... I am to the point now where I think maybe our negotiations are very bad.
I mean look how long it took to tie Palace rejects up and Taraabt took all summer..

MAybe Uncle Gianni isnt doing his negotiations properly!!

We get him away from choosing the players now we cant even tie them up properly!!

"Rangers are hoping to buy a proven Championship striker before the end of the month"
but all indications are the board dont want to spend the money...
tend to think that when your club is taken over by Billionaires promising promotion and champions league that the days of mediocre players are over.....

          This does get to me.

Why does everyone get on the clubs back for considering getting in a loan signing?

Its not like were gonna have 7 or so like last season. Since last season everyone has looked upon loans a bad idea, well i didnt hear people moaning when we had the likes of Mancienne, Taarabt etc etc on loan...

Ok some didnt work out last season, but now we have a new manager and a new board running our club...

I also laugh at people who read into every single word the manager says, then suddenly draw back upon interviews from months gone by to try and prove there points. WELL situations change and so do the means of solveing them.

How many will moan if we got a loan signing in that fired us to promotion? Would you still be moaning and pointing out "WELL Neil said last may he wasnt going to get in any loans"...
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

This quote from Mick Jones is a bit strange and may suggest no more permanents are coming in.

""But I'm a big believer that the January window is far more important than this one - after about six games you know where you're at and you can deal with those things in January.""

I was always at the opinion that most viewed January as less important and far riskier as new transfers need time to settle in and the January transfer window doesn't offer that. Plus teams are likely to up their prices as they can't afford to let go of prize assets half way through the year.

What happens if after 6 games it becomes clear that we really do need more strength, we have to rely on the loan market for the next 20 odd games or make do.

              FFS what a joke.

Look at the money Olly is spending at Blackpool.

Don't our board actually WANT success?

You're right Vblock, I cant work out there thoughts, I mean I guess Luke Varney would want at least 10k a week, as I know for a fact, average, released holding midfielders are on that much at the club.

Over 2 years Varney will cost us a minimum of 1.04 million Pound.
                Will our board ever learn??

There is so much wrong with that i havent a clue where to start.

Do you confuse QPR with Real Madrid?

Maybe we should splash out on KAKA!? With the crowds we attract a tues eve fixture against scunny should level the books.

I dunno what planet people like you are on.

Also exactly how much have Blackpool actually spent?

                      Proven Championship striker?

How about Chopra, Hulse, or Simpson?

The latter scored 12 league goals last season and they only really dried up after all the managerial shambles.

Perhaps part of the reason for low crowds is precisely because QPR haven't spent money to build a squad good enough to challenge for promotion.

I am not talking about the play-offs - for which practically any Championship side can sneak into - but the top two.

The prices QPR charge also doesn't help to attract more fans.

If QPR had signed better players in pre-season than Clarke and Derry perhaps more fans would have purchased an over priced ST.

Worrying, if he's gone back on that, what else, the signings coming in before the window shuts aswell maybe?
                          Not good if so.
