    1) Hall as Captain - I am baffled too.

    2) Hall even Starting - Personally, I don't think he's half as bad as some make out.

    3) No striker being signed - I still believe we'll be pleasently surprised.

    4) Tommy Smith being looked at rather than a decent striker - Very, very good player IMO. Just my opinion of course mate.

    5) Team selection Yesterday - I don't follow mate? Are some saying we should have fielded a stronger squad?

    6) Style of play - We can't really judge 'style' until his squad is complete. It isn't yet, so I'll reserve judgement.

Now, I know you're not moaning as such mate, but are these all your views as well as other fans? I'm just finding it hard to understand why after so long of wanting a 'proper' manager who'll run the club how he wants, that we're now all on his back for doing so. I think the new regime is far better than the old one and that Warnock is doing a great job so far.

The trouble is, when introducing so many new faces to the squad, it takes time to get them to gel. Granted, I'm as annoyed at last nights result as any, but I think all the negativity towards the manager is harsh, considering the start we got off to on Saturday. Ok, the performance wasn't 5-star, but we got the points and we're top of the league.

I'm growing more and more concerend of the negativity from the fans still. We all want a striker or two, but so does Neil. I am confident he'll bring in the right men for the job. So many of the fans moan about Ephraim, yet we're being touted with Tommy Smith, who is not only a quality player at this level, but he would also play in Ephraims role. Still though, we find a way to look at this negatively because he's not shown to be prolific. Well, that's due to him being used largely on the wing. He played most of his last season at Watford up top, and he scored 17 goals, so we know he can do it.

Things really aren't that bad lads. If Tommy Smith and Jason Robert come in, we've got a team very capable of a top 6 finish. Someone like Chopra and we can go further than that.

And before you say it...I'm not at all trying to dress this up. I'm just pointing out what I believe to be the truth.
    Your mum would love me...

He said in his press conference last night that they have done well to get in the players they have signed. Really ? Now either he's lost the plot, or more likely the board are not financing the playing staff with as much money as we thought. Making his job very difficault.

I don't think he was to be fair, it's what people are questioning?

It will get better and we still have time to buy what we need before deadline date.

Very happy with Warnock as manager.

I laugh when i see people slate him, they will be the first to cry saying how much of a joke club we are if we decided to get rid.

Complete jokers. Support the guy/team and turn up if you can...
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

A few of our fleeting managers have prefered to start with hall, until he has got injured, so have had to change things and usually Hall has not got back in the side until we have had an injury.

Point is Hall must look good in training, but is found out as soon as league games come around.

Having had so many differant managers is the reason he is still here.
                        They seek him here.................

Warnock was not my prefered choice at the time, I would have liked to see us pursue Coppell more, but then everything he touches doesn't turn to gold either.

However, no one could complain about getting NW as he has s decent track record and is clearly motivated...and we are not a big club (despite what some people think!)

I don't necessarily like the way he goes on and on about Palace and I found his two interviews about Adel after Saturday to be rather bizarre - praising and slating him at the same time.....but maybe that is his way to motivate.

I think that 4-0 means we got a bit carried away as it wasn't a 4-0 performance.

                            I don't care about the League Cup - so I didn't go.

As for NW - I don't care who is Captain if we are getting the results in the league.

He has stated MANY times he wants a decent striker - so he is clearly trying and can't be criticised for us not getting someone in yet.........but time is running out and he will be open for that criticism if we don't get anyone decent.
