We were indeed promoted, albeit using Jackett's input that we could only get out of the league with two cloggers in midfield and two hard working wingers (plus two strikers who played with their back to goal).

That style was slowly phased out as time went on in the Championship, until eventually we became a bit of a mess under Holloway. Hardly an instant decline, agreed, but we stopped using what was a successful strategy which was strongly influenced by Jackett.
