    I heard that one too.

But Stan is just so good with long words, and that, like..... so he's alright.
    Skip.

Equally as big a c*** as King, but at least all Marlon King wants to do is play football... Stanley actually spouts morals and judges people on air.
Lots of hypocricy going on at "Talksport Towers".

PS... How's Crouchy feeling today?! (Ouch!)

King's rap sheet is bad, very bad and I would prefer he did not pitch up at W12 but he has not killed anyone like Lee Hughes and I bet they had fans saying Hughes this and Hughes that, but they dont now. The world is full of really bad, horrible and nasty people who have been reintegrated into society after doing their time, into some really powerful and influential positions.

Talk Sport really embarrassed themselves last week with their double standards and in fairness to Alan Brazil, he did say he would love to take the call but it was not his call. Every presenter on Talk Sport was going potty about King getting back into football based on the moral high ground but employ someone who did the exact same thing

The only difference is that King was convicted and sentenced due to a the bravery of the girl concerned and a couple of bouncers with morals. Collymore's seems to be brushed under the carpet as "domestic violence". Which happened in a bar

Still don't think we will sign him.

But, I love the way some get on their high horse, I don't condone what Paddy Kenny did either, but we are chanting his name no problem.

King did not rape anyone and people in life deserve chances as in any given moment in our lives, sure we have made mistakes.

He said the same about Taarabt, so it is in the pipeline.

Also, if QPR FC were not looking at making this controversial signing, they would have made a statement denying what Mouse is saying on Talk Sport every 30 minutes.

The Sinex or the ex-girlfriend's partner who was Kenny's best friend?

Either way - comparison is completely irrelevant in these circumstances? Don't forget that King has 13 previous convictions. There's second chances and there's second chances.....

Would be a sad sad day for this Club if King pulls the shirt on.

Ha, I forgot about the Collymore thing. Stan is eloquent, for sure, and that kinda gets him out of trouble.

People often don't think things through or just jump on the bandwagon, when talking about these sort of issues. They think everything is black or white, no grey area, and they forget we are dealing with real people. King has wronged, I hope he doesn't come to QPR because I think we can get a better player as well as we don't need the hassle, but I don't hold some kind of vigilante type grudge against him.

By the way, I did a gig at Soho Revue Bar where the King incident happened (not on the same night), it is a bloody good place. Sophie Ellis Bexter turned up to DJ and she looks much prettier in person that on TV. I thought her and David Coulthard were twins until I saw her in person

my stand on this is if we get king as our main striker and they want him to be our hero then its a bit of a mug off and getting us a woman beater JUST cos hes cheap and NO_ONE else wants him.
that will leave a real bad taste in the mouth, and look like same old same old rangers, mugging off the fans and doing things the cheap way and not having real ambition.
but, and this is a massive but, if we get chopra, or someone else of that ilk as our first choice striker and king is back up or even to partner our main man, then it will be just about bearable and easier to give him a 'second chance'.

by the way, have people actually seen his criminal record other than what he went down for? hes a proper bad un to the bone. would prefer him not to come here deep down.

Marlon King has to be about 6-8 weeks of match fitness anyway, surely?
