Strange, but i travelled up from Folkestone - when i left it was raining so took a denim Jacket. The day was muggy though and didn't actually need coat.Having said that - i was in R block....I think i remeber one chant from us towards loft..are you getting wet...but in jest because some of the fans knew each other.

It was that fine drizzly sh.itty rain though....and like poster said...when your winning..you seem not to notice it.

On another note, have to laugh at the new smoking area. The steward was telling fans to move behind the line....What line came the reply...weill the imaginery line under the roof she replied...

Not beyond the wit and wisdom of man for the club to provide those dirt cheap pac-a-mac things that other clubs (Swindon, Man City) provided for supporters exposed to the elements. Alternatively, supporters could read the ticket that says "uncovered seating", look at the weather forecast and bring a coat?

Tbh u get what u pay for. The tickets wouldn't be the price they are if a roof was in place as the view there is unobstructed unlike Ellerslie and South Africa Road. Is a bit out of order on disabled supporters perhaps they should complain and ask to be accommodated elsewhere.
15 years in the wilderness will be a distant memory come Sunday 8th May 2011.

Perhaps a solution would be to allow access to Ellerslie up by the Loft. There is access between the Loft and Ellerslie stands that I am sure a wheelchair could get through, then disabled supporters could take the front row of R Block via the gates onto the pitch. They may still get occassionally wet dependent on wind etc, but maybe an alternative?

I'd give my legs to sit front of R block.

Please Mr Jimmy Saville, could you fix it for me?

Toni....why don't you asked to be moved to X block as there is a disabled section undercover there.

I tried that once. Abuse from away fans all match is not much fun.

R block would be great though.

Can't see that happening as access would be impossible.

                    Fantastic News!!!

Just phoned the Box Office - I am now a proud season ticket holder in Block KL, Lower Loft!!!

Will take me back to when I stood there as a kid in the 70's.

Can you still get round there from South Africa Road? There used to be an alleyway........it's a bloody long walk otherwise.

You can go in through SA Road mate. That ally is still there and brings you out at the bottom of the stairs to go up into the loft enterance.
                      Your mum would love me...
