But this depends as to how greedy or how much the players want. e.g I feel they will try and negoitate a fee to terminate with certain players. Say thay have a contract worth £1.4m left to run, they offer him say £700k to terminate. The player will then consider his options can he make more than £700k on another contract if the answer yes, he will accept, if the answers no then the chances are he wont.
If they dont come to an agreement then this costs still needs to be addressed and stay within the current budget.
