Nope but there have been more misses than hits and an awful lot of season ticket money is funding 140K interest free loans and if you truly believe that GP had an eye for those players then a reality check is needed - they were handed on a plate by agents to him whereas Borrowdale is a whole different story.

This always gets turned into a dig against GP when it isn't, its about buying players that will create a balanced squad and that is something that only a manager who has a vision of how he wants his team to play can achieve.

Do I want GP choosing and buying players? No.
Do I want him negotiating the contracts? Someones got to do it and he seems well placed.
