As the commentator said, he missed at the right time. Better than missing when we are down or drawing

But his all round game made up for the misses. If we back him and stay off his back he'll come good

Been there, done that, got the Ledesma t-shirt!

Agree - he led the line well, was constant nuisance to the Barnsley defence and scored a good penalty. Antonio German missed a good chance as well, but he'll come good too.

Given the excellent result, couldn't we agree to get off the players' backs for a while? Roger

p.s. good goal by Fitz Hall, following excellent work by Hogan, so perhaps they could be spared criticism for a while too...?!

Do like what I hear, not like the normal bunch of members... maybe they haven't come home yet?

they are still in the battleship drowning their sorrows cos we won so handsomely today.
worst feeling in the world for them, losing makes them happy, cos maoning makes them happy. and they cant moan after 4-0 wins and top of the league.

                Heidar

                Had a decent game today.
Put away the penalty, got one himself and liked well with other forwards.
To bad about missing good changes.
But he is our player and vital for the team - also after we get a new striker.
We should help him gain confidence not drain it so get behind him not on his back. Same should be with every QPR player.
Good game - should be a very interesting season.

shame hes a striker who never scores and misses every chance, and is contender for the miss of the season already after the first game.
lets stick with him tho, who needs goals if hes winning headers, they will get us up cos they are giving points for those now.
get rid, hes shie, and if anyone is willing to settle for that lump of lard as our main striker all season then they need help or glasses.

Ditto! Let's support him and not get on his back. The goals fill flow with confidence

                      That is the key.

Sorry to kick yer back doors in on this HH love in but for me just not good enough.

The header in the first half was a bad miss but the one in the 2nd half was just disgraceful - and he didn't look bothered!
Credit where it's due, he did do a fair bit of closing down but I think NW has instilled this into ALL the players. I cannot imagine HH chasing the defender in the box last season when he won the 2nd penalty.

If we want a man to lead the line, hold up play, be able to turn and run with the ball plus score a few bully goals then Jason Roberts is the man.
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

HH scored more goals last season than Simpson did and if I am correct Simpson missed a few changes

Thought he looked ok today, missed two good chances but at least was in the right places and won a lot in the air, something we've missed. Still has a future imho even if we sign a striker or two.

I go into each game HH plays for Qpr expecting the mandatory miss from inside the six yard box but soon these misses will slowly turn to goals if we keep off his back and support him.

For those who say "he's simply not good enough" need to have a look round our squad, who else can play there agyemang? Vine? German? Pellicori? after watching agyemang last Friday night play that position it shows HH is the man for the job! Ok IF we sign another two strikers then that may well change but for now let's just support him
