A few good articles worth reading today.

I've been out of the loop for a while so it's good to see that we are investing in the pitch the state of it towards the end of last season was pretty poor.

Looks like Liam Miller has moved on cant help but think that we did not see the best of Miller once a hot prospect for the future playing with Celtic and Man UTD, now a free agent, good luck to the lad anyway?

Report's blog is in my daily routine. Turn computer on, read gossip column on BBC, read report's blog, log on to WATRB and Report's MB and avoid work as much as possible.

As for Miller, I agree we didn't see the best of him. I think he's never worked out what type of player he is. He isn't a defensive midfielder and he isn't an attacking midfielder. He for me is a straight forward central midfielder like Darren Fletcher or our own Martin Rowlands. He can do the defensive/offensive duties of a central midfielder but isn't good enough at either to be given either role specifically. Keane realised he wasn't good enough at Premiership level but maybe he would do well at Ipswich at this level.
