Cardiff Rejected a 3million bid from him already???

So why would they accept a 2.5million bid ... unless a player is included or big add on's

    e.g 15 goals scored 1 million more
    Promotion reached 500k more ...

and if my calculations are correct that would meet their 4 million asking price!

Therefore it would be an undisclosed deal haha

I wish someone would put us out of our misery and tell us definitively if this has legs or not.

The £3m offer could have been paid over 3 years where we might be offering a quicker payment and therefore a more attractive offer. They are rumours that suggest that Cardiff haven't finished paying Sunderland so if we promised cash upfront this would be better than getting the final payment months or years down the line.

Supposedly they are in talks with Harewood and King so wouldn't need him but love your thinking!

Ipswich Town made a bid of £3 million for the striker, with their manager, Roy Keane having previously signed Chopra during a spell in charge of Sunderland. After rejecting that bid, it is believed Ipswich returned with an offer of £3.5m which was also rejected. On June 4th 2010 it was reported that Ipswich had again upped their bid - this time a lot closer to Cardiff's asking price of £4m.

                          Dream on boys, Dream on.

This is what I was saying, surely 2.5m is a bit low.. but If the cash needs to be stumped up initially sooner rather than later then we may have ourselves a great deal!

                              look at the facts.

                              cardiff want near 3m.

                              warnock has a budget

we got 6 players for around 900k according to warnock

a portion of the budget must have been spent on adel.

we are looking to sign and loan two strikers.

we still have vine and agyemang on high wages and unlikely to play

i really believe we are interested but with cardiff now able to register players, i cant see them selling chopra at any cut price deal. so for me.. we wont get him because of his value. but wouldnt be foolish to suspect we are gonna spend a large % of our budget on him and cover ourselves with a loan.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
                              Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"
