Funny how people can really hate people like Fitz Hall and thats OK, but some people cant say a ****ie about Tarabbt.
what bandwagon is that fella, i make my own mind up about you, you have done nothing but slate the player leading to this, so thought you might be a tad gutted.
Sounds like you are a bit over sensative.

James - Sorry but that is ********. Patently and evidentially ********. Why are we talkking at the start of this thread about "maintstream R's" booing him. It is this cyber-clique that have got themselves into this love affair. No one who is real class would even divide support let alone this way.

He is potential. Lots of it. That's a good thing ( **** it is a great thing and I am thrilled buy it) but that is all it is. Anyone who has seen him a lot must know that.

7 goals a year and is famed for never passing. I rest my case.

I cannot believe anyone who has seen a lot of him would try and lecture the rest of us that he has now turned the squad into a championship promotion campaign. Give me the facts. I see 7 goals and lots of lost possession. I see tantrums and hissies with his "team mates". I see never ever tracking back. What is it those that see differently see? I am guessing mostly adverts.

I like the guy but anyone who has seen him must remain to be convinced. It is only here we are having this. No one else rated him. No one. No one at all. Ziltch. Nada.
When I see him play, I see a guy who has bags of ability. He likes a sulk yes but he's 21 years old, so I think he deserves a bit leeway. When I look at other players in our league he stands out as he has the ability to beat a man or 2 or 3...how many can do that? I get sick and tired of the argument that he sulks and he's not a trier. He may sulk from time to time but he loves to play football (you can see that) and he (for me) gives 100% whenever he's put the shirt on.

I'd also add (and I've never done this before) that if the guy was english, I can guarantee we wouldn't have any doubting threads atall....and that is ridiculous.

Is he a striker (as Warnock said today, in which case 7 goals is a very sorry return)? Or is he a midfielder (in which case the fact we all know he seldom passes makes him a very sorry return)?

              That case.

Rs fans boo out of frustration. For example the "booing" when we played cardiff, wasn't a "I can't stand this bloke, hope he effs off back to tottenham". It was a frustration at the fact that we were losing, we shouldn't have been and he should have passed.

Lets hope we see the best of him and not the worst, so people have to start making excuses for him.
I think people will care if he throws a strop. But less of them will care because he is now ours and most will be more forgiving.

The players who got the most stick last season were our loanees: Ikeme, Hill, Watson, Quashie, Reid, Bent, Priskin, Taarabt etc. (I can't remember them all).

James - yes - I agree with that. He isn't alone in getting the occassional 11-thousand-people-strong -involuntary- groan when he ****s up. I I am very happy we got the guy as he can grow to be a good or better player. If it sounded like I felt otherwise that's not what I meant. I just think we have taken a risk - he isn't a proven product by a long stretch. I hope he becomes one, like I guess everyone on here does, but perhaps (clearly) I have more doubts than others.
