Just to be clear...I want him to sign, he's good fun to watch during sh*te games, if nothing else.
But we shouldn't just give him everything he wants, without haggling, or thinking how other players would feel if he got what they didn't?
These things can cause unrest in a squad, and we shouldn't just bend over for everything he asks.
We want him, we've paid the fee, the wages are agreed, etc...

fact is. neil has a budget. rather than spend his entire budget on one player he wants to negotiate to allow us other targets. such as a bloody striker OR TWO!
