  • Could this be us?

"I was just talking to a mate who is a Cardiff fan, he tells me there are strong rumours in the Principality that Chopra will be leaving (Cardiff are in dire financial straits, and the rats are jumping ship) with an unamed London club his likely target."

I know it was from two weeks ago, but he's been strongly linked with a move away and would we be the only london team to take him?

I was on about the "unnamed london club his likely target" bit. I'm just trying to convince myself there is a chance

His transfer fee is a big put off.

Cardiff are hoping to get their transfer embargo lifted this week as well.

They are holding out for £3million. As warnock said we have spent 900k, taarabt is 600k so 3 million would take it up to £4.5 million, not that bad for a striker that will get you goals and building a good team

Not sure if Warnock said he was looking for a 20 goal a season striker or everyone was. Well, there's one right there and if it meant blowing the budget and not signing anyone in January I'd get him in.

The fact that there is a transfer fee at all is enough to put us off most of the time!

                    Kenny
Orr -- Gorkks -- Hall -- Hill (or plymouth bloke)
                    Buzsaky -- Derry -- Faurlin
                    Taarabt Mackie
                    Chopra

Chopra would be a good investment but i just dont believe the board are prepared to back the club financially

Chopra and Taarabt would complete the jigsaw.
I'd believe Chopra only when confirmed on the offy -- seems too good to be true, despite the Asian connection between him and the Mittals
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

All looks good except for bloody Fitz Hall. How many points did he cost us last season?

Agree, Fulham would be the likely destination if going to London
