bet youve got a jester hat too
I wouldn't say i was made up , but i really don't think its as bad as some think. We have two quality keepers we're stronger at the back and who knows what Mackie and Carke may provide?

'QPR have always been a hard crowd to please' - Lee Cooks words himself , probably was told that by his old man.
Apparently the stick players use to get playing for the QPR Reserves was brutal back in the day, because you could hear those supporters as clear as day.
At the Platinum Evening last season Legiertwood was complaining about how it was out of order the way Mahon was booed that time. After the meeting my Dads mate (JB) pulled Legiertwood and decided he wanted to have a word with him about this. Lets say Legiertwood was very taken aback by what he had to say, JB told him that "Mahon that day was a disgrace that day and deserved to get booed". Legiertwood responded "but Gavin was the 'man' at Watford" and indicated he deserved respect because of that. JB responded to Legiertwood, "well he ain't the ****ing 'man' here and it was down to him (Mahon) to pull up his socks and get on with it.....and in all fairness he did'.
Now that to me was a typical response from someone who has been watching Rangers play for the past 40 odd years and I've initialled him because I know his sons read the MB and will crack up.Last edited by W12_Ranger; 03-08-2010, 11:39 PM.

Good read!
Problem is the footballers now days are spoilt brats that can't handle criticism and I have no sympathy for them. Mahon handled it well like a real professional but I think on that day it was quite harsh but players are paid well and when you see a lack of effort then there is no excuse. I think under Neil atleast we won't see that.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

First game, I doubt if we lose we'd have a chorus of boos.
if anyone wants to, I'd just remind them of the Norwich City fan first game of last season.
if it was a series of defeats, thats a different storyALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.
