i dont mean to try and be 'funny' but most of the goals jay got for us was when we was in form under magilton.

we had free-flowing football, buzsaky, routledge and taarabt putting it on a plate for him.

wont create much himself, but will finish if given the chance.

as everybody says he is a poacher.

im not sure palace's midfield is gonna be able to create much for him.. depends who u sign and what football burley gets you playing.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
        Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Can you imagin, burleys on the phone to simpson arranging for him to come to the training ground, then puts the phone down turns around, and says to all the palace fans crammed in his office......

Makes you wonder how the phark they know george has been on the phone.

Shows what useless managers we have had.

Spot on,I would rather have Jay than that woman bashing convict anyday.

If you can get him, good signing and will only get better
I am sure he played out wide for WBA

Aghh, that more be the flaw in plan. Can't see a pile of old mattresses and some burning tyres appealing to him to be honest.

As most have said , he'd be a good signing. But play him through the middle, not out wide then he's a threat with his pace, and he can finish.

Would be a decent signing, he's not Maynard or Chopra but he's in the 2nd bracket of Championship strikers, comfortable 12-15 goals a season imo
