W12Ranger, I have not been on in a while just wanted to say ....very good post.

I think it is the attitude of some of our fans is a bigger concern for me. Some believe that we should walk this league.

I believe that we are now managed by the best man manager in the league and that over time we will return to the Premiership.

We lose money year in, year out so i am grateful for any outlay that any stranger is prepared to put up to help me watch a better class of player on a Saturday.

For all you moaners out there, get a life and get behind your team for a change.

    Good to be back.

don't what this thing is about Robinho, as he has done ****** all in the premiership and way to lightweight IMHO
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

My honest opinion of Adel is that he is a big, sulky baby when things aren't going his way. I feel he believe's that he's better than he is, which can be both a good and a bad trait. He can also be too greedy at times as he'll try one to many tricks, when he should be giving the ball to a player in space, much more early than he'd like. Also, he can be frustrated by a defensive midfielder (as we saw with Savage) who just get's at him and doesn't allow him the room to do his stuff. I also feel that at times, he does have a bad attitude, but he is still very young. My attitude at his age was massively arrogant, and if I had a tallent similar to Adel's, I'd have been far worse, that's for sure.

Those are his bad points. Every player has them. Adel needs to be managed properly, and made to feel loved. Warnock gives him that and seems to have a way of keeping Adel's feet firmly on the ground. Adel also has many plus points. Easilly the most skillful player in the CCC. Possibly the most confident player in the league as far as belief in his own ability goes. The lad is a match winner and has the ability to make even the most average of teams look good, at this level. He can score great goals, both in open play, and from set-pieces. He's still young and sculpting his game, which is also a bonus as he'll only get better. With 7 caps and 3 goals for his national side at this stage of his career to add to his portfolio, he's clearly got a future in this sport.

Lot's of pro's and con's, but I find it hard to believe that this lad is not a top signing. He'll go far as long as he stays level headed and listens to his manager.

Agree Benny. This guy provides the x-factor that we need. We're going to be workman-like but he could provide the spark needed to win games. I've got faith in warnock getting the best out of him.

Quaresma is a classy and skillful player. His attitude and work rate are appauling though. He never seems fit enough to last a half.

I'm afraid i have to agree with Conners here.

Adel is a rare talent in todays game( IMO).Yes he appears to have displays of attitude, yes he still has a lot to learn about the game.In my opinion, a loan would have been out of the question. An outright buy, shows him he is wanted by Neil Warnock.

If he does sign, i,m pretty sure we shall see some signs of "throwing toys out of pram" - but in my opionion, for the price that is quoted now, we are getting a bargain.

Personally i cannot wait to see him play this season again if he signs.
