In my younger days Wimpey Southall - got chased accross Harlington playing fields by Big Reggie one Sunday morning when I was 16 for taking him out above the knee - oh the wrecklessness of youth!!! Popeye and Stumpy!!! I still shudder now. We used to run off at the end of the game and get straight in our cars and get changed in the pub!!!

And down in sunnny Brighton on Saturday there was a friendly played between Brighton & Aberdeen, a very friendly affair indeed. (ASC no doubt)

Up to 100 football hooligans took part in an organised street fight as Brighton and Hove Albion played a pre-season match.
              Queens Park Rangers

Played for the Dust for about 6 seasons in mid 90's, won the League and cup!
This was mainly when Irish Tommy ran the pub and my old man was the manager of the team !

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles
