Isnt there a reputation system on this board? People who have positive reputation can post on the sensible board, those who dont aren't allowed to. I dont agree with that system, but it would work

imo its a case of a different approach to moderation.

clamp down on users who hijack threads, ensure constant moderation is in order. dont go about with ordering points or telling the forum you have these rules etc..

if a user attacks another - warn them, if they persist just ban them for a period of time.

my biggest problem is not duplicate topics as i feel that is reasonably moderated.

problem comes when one user has one point of view and another disagree's. thus leading to an ego war on a thread about who is right or wrong. thats the stuff that needs to be stopped.

i reckon a change of theme might also make things abit less cloggy..

Moderate better and have less silly sections of the site. I only look at 1 anyway and don't even follow a moved thread. Can't be asked.

I have just got a brilliant idea, a sure money-maker: create a paid section for HA9 to return to and anyone who loves arguing with him or just reading the arguments, they will pay to access it. He will not be allowed to post anywhere but there

James would pay hundreds to get back on here. Charge him £250 for HA9, he'll deffo do it. Charge him £250 for Tom, £250 for Receed R, £250 for Wembley Ranger and £250 for w10 Hoop or whatever that user name was.

Have a no holds bar in this area, anything goes. It'll be nasty, bloody and violent but James should win them all as he all of them. He could argue all night long amongst his alias's and no one would give a fig. We could pop in occasionally just to see how he was getting on.

Seriously, my biggest bug bear is repeated posts and certain people who just don't let up with the same old song. Can't you have say a thread called Ambrose - every item concerning Ambrose would go in there, a thread called we need strikers, Orr is coming/not/yes/no etc etc etc
