          2.4 million max for him, 1 up front, the rest in add ons is fair.

                    TBF He can play reserves still. Just not 1st team football. But he was never going to get that anyway. Seems only he thinks he is prem quality. And, whilst you mention it, being Moroccan is not going to help him. Perhaps that realism is sinking in and led to this sudden exit strategy. He either has to find a prem club that rates him high enough to re-jig rest of squad, go abroad or go outside Prem. Or play reserve football.
