to be honest at the moment i cant see us signing any strikers before the start of the season so marlon king would be a good signing at this level.
I dont condone what he has done i am totally against hiting women but he has paid the price for that and served his time but on the pitch he will score goals especially in the championship.
I guareente that there are QPR fans out there who have commited crimes , hit women and been to jail etc etc and got on with their lives so why shouldnt he be able to ?

He'd get a good amount of goals at this level I reckon. Still a c-u-next-tuesday!

                Sign him up
                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Everyone (bar child and thrill killers) deserves a 2nd chance. If this was what this debate was about I would applaud Rangers helping an ex con. But it aint that. It is about a remorseless ****** trying to get back on the gravy train. One who's still bearing all signs of the arrogance that made him think it was OK to chin some bird and sexually assault her. And let's face it the only reason Rangers are in the frame is (a) we want him on the cheap (b) no one else will have him and (c) he knows he has no better option.

I find (a), in particular, despicable from my club

I don't buy into the role model thing but there are some standards any professional should be required to maintain - Wigan got it right kicking him to touch. And helping the guy maintain his lifestyle like this is not what I pay to go to Rangers for. Let him show some remorse, sort his life out and rehabilitate somewhere that's not in the face of his victims. Then the game may allow him back. But of course then Rangers wouldn't want him as the price would go up. That is why this stinks. We atre being asked to put up with the sex case coz he's cheap. Jesus!

Steady on mate as firstly it was only a lazy piece of journalism from a declining sales tabloid and secondly Warnock clearly stated on the radio this morning that QPR have no intention of signing him at all

I really hope we don't sign him, after what he has done, can anyone honestly say that they would welcome him.

Isleworth - Glad to hear it. I am not aware of that. I saw the bit linking us [and Coventry] to him which popped up in a few places as far as I could see. I would be (am) pleased to be reassured this is nonsense.
