I will never sing his name though...that's where I draw the line.
If he signs we'd be just about the most hated team in the division especially with Warnock as manager.....add to that that Taarabt (still holding out hope for him) and we will be despised by both all.

Actually for some unknown reason I quite like the thought of that it could end up putting the fire in the belly of some of our more reserved players.

I couldn't give a sh*t to be fair if we are hated. I could be able to accept king, if we get taarabt aswell.

Nothing wrong with having a bit of character to a team something which has been severely missing since 2004.

Whichever team ends up with King on there books are gonna feel abit 50/50 about it...

All we wanna see is goals and victorys. King would score goals, infact if he can get over the stick he will get he will get lots of goals!!

He'd take the **** in the championship.

Has he got a brother called Wayne...?

Personally, think there are better options around. And, one day, we might actually sign one of them.

I just looked at our squad list and looked at the strikers we have. We desperately need someone and he would score goals. If he isn't playing for us i would love his head on a pole though

Benny sums it up perfectly. i wouldn't want him to sign for us but i will be the first to jump up if he scores.

Difficult decision. Could be a disaster for the image of the club. On the other hand if there is a willingness to help with rehabilitation it could be a brave gesture given the criticism that will ensue.

I think a lot will depend on King's ability to convince people that he is a changed man.

1 in 3 striker over his career, except half his career goals came 8 years ago for Gillingham....

The man is a convicted sex offender and was caught with cocaine in his cell.....

If he came here I would have to consider very seriously ever stepping foot again inside LR, at least for the period of his stay...

No place for him either at QPR or any other club full stop and as someone has mentioned already these offences do not deserve a second chance or fifth or sixth in Kings case but I hear that Newcastle will be the ones who do sign him!!

Here is the opinion of a Hull fan I know on him from another message board

"Good hold up play - intelligent layoffs, good injury record knows how to put the ball in the back of the net.
Our downfall started the minute the lid got ripped off the biscuit tin with him off the pitch - scored against Boro just before Xmas from the spot and goes out for a night out in Soho with Ex Tiger and his agent Tony Finnegan - former heroin dealer who served time for this. Then he hit the girl in the club.
Had gone off with him before at a team building exercise FFS at a Scarborough Casino which ended with him and Windass trading blows.
Didn't go back to Wigan and ended up at Boro - scored against us at the Riverside to the backdrop of 4,000 Tigers singing to the tune of kumbaya - she said no marlon she said no - and it's not right if your 10 year old is singing either. Lots of Sex case Sex case hang him hang him hang him from Mcvicar also - he'll get a club and he will score goals though

But morally and ethically bankrupt and I hope he gets seriously hurt "
