Forget the whole " Warnock has them playing as a team, and spirit etc"
I have just looked at peoples various starting XI's and have to say, I cannot see ONE player who has genuine pace..
Defence - Ramage, Gorrks, Connolly, Hill, Hall - possibly the slowest defence we have ever had
Midfield - Hogan, Buzz, Rowly, Legs, Cook, Derry, Faurlin - one paced at best
Strikers - Vine, Agyemeng, Helgusson, Mackie - Apart from Mackie who is quite nippy - I have seen more pace in my nans bingo que on a sunday night.
In todays game, especially with NW as our manager, hard work, athletisism and pace are paramount, and I for one feel that we will get found out, time and time again, both defensively and attacking if we do not rectify this problem.
See how Germany whacked one long ball over supposidly one of the worlds best defenders, and due to his chronic lack of pace, they scored.
Pace is so important in todays game, and we have none of it.
