who is prepared to give fitz hall another chance?
think back to when we first signed him...he was solid as a rock. and yes in the last season and a half or so he has been poo.
maybe thats down to the revolving door of managers and backroom staff at loftus road? now, we have some stability, a great manager, and things are starting to look up for us. maybe we will see the fitz hall we first signed again?

He has the potential, but he has this arrogance about him, that says I'm better than you, so I don't have to try too hard. If he can get his attitude right, he could be a good player. If he can't he can do one.

Hall's problem since he arrived is a lack of a successive run of games, due to niggling injuries. He was a solid defender for Wigan in the prem so i have been really dissapointed with how poor he has looked in a hooped shirt. He gets turned to easily by a forward for me but im like you mate im prepared to give him a 2nd chance, if NW gets him fit, and menatlly right in his head we could still have a more than capable centre half on our hands, but he has it all to prove.

ninga i agree with you. people will argue whose better between gorks stewart and hall. I think one thing about warnock is that he will make players scared of making silly errors and rip that out of the players. If he can learn to concentrate for 90 mins then i think hes definately worth a place in the team/squad.

He should be a bonus for us this year, making competition at the back much tougher. He has performed well in the past so could do it again. Still say he shouldn't of taken that penalty to try and get the hat trick though.

He has been Woeful for QPR but then again as we have a new manager maybe Neil can coach him into something special.

The problem I found with Hall is that he was always slow and we always conceded goals when he was in the side... Remember the thread "The Curse Of Fitz Hall".... :-D

Because of his name and reputation, he can have 3-5 games until he gets injured and then it will be the better pairing of Gorkks and Connolly.

I think that all players should be given a fair crack of the whip and full support at the start of every season, especially from the fans - i mean i was one of Hall's biggest critics but if he is on the pitch at 3pm next Saturday then i will give him my full support (until his first mistake - then i will slate him forever!!!!!).

The same needs to go with other players such as Heider & Hogan, and even Borrowdale if he is still there.

technically, Hall is good - but in the air he is useless. For a player that size, he should be winning most ball in the air and clearing his lines - thats what a defender is there for, and he just doesnt do it. Happy to be proved wrong, but ive seen him enough to know we will continue letting in easy sloppy goals when he plays

I "feel" Hall is quite keen to play for Warnock and vice verca. Yes, "FEEL" is the word. But we will see. How has he played in the preseason so far??

What is important regarding this issue is the fact that we might add an almost new member to the backline if he improve his allround play.
