I think 2 years.Gives a manager time to assess the players he has and bring in players he thinks suitable.All this six monthly turnaround that we do is ridiculous.Comment

depends how patient flav is intending to be, at the moment anything beyond a year is pointless however i think 2 years is reasonable for a new manager as a rule and thats what i have voted forits New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworksComment

Think we have caused a rod for our own back
Sticking point seems to be the length of contract. Thats not great and means maybe a potential manager is looking for a pay-off if we continue to get rid of managers every 6 months.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.
