Going to disagree with many of you, and I'm not sure if this story is true.

Alidaire is a very good player, with the right manager could be very similar to Tarrabt, but better. Very skilful and not a gash of a player that many indicate

He started the season in the Championship for Middlesbrough after their relegation from the Premier League, and was booed early on in the season by a section of the Middlesbrough fans.[citation needed] On 12 September 2009, he came off the bench against Ipswich Town to score two goals after 30 minutes of being on the pitch. He then went on to score another goal in the same week against Sheffield Wednesday. His next goal came on the 26th December against S****horpe United in the 46th minute, he was then replaced in the 63rd minute by Marcus Bent. This was the first time he started under new manager Gordon Strachan since he took over at Middlesbrough, because of injury. Because of many successive injuries, many fans are speculating on the departure of Aliadiere at the end of the season

I agree del... but sooner or later we need to sign players worthy of starting in the first 11! We have about 15 players who could 'do a job from the bench'... (meaning they're incredbly average at CCC level)
