Mittal involvement

Guys, our owners have got to where they are through shrewd investment and business accruement.. They haven't amassed vast fortunes by paying over the odds for anything and never will...
Lets assume that at the moment FB and BE are still in control of their shares but will only to sell them for vastly more than they are worth and are refusing to investment any more money in players...
If you co own something with other people and are then responsible for paying your fare share of the bills and your fare share of any investments what would you do if some of the co-owners were refusing to pay their share ? You would be a fool to cover their investment as well, and these guys aren't fools..
Yes i know they can afford it as they are incredibly rich but they wont let ANYONE screw them over even if the amount is peanuts to them...
This club will only go forward and make the investments that many people are crying out for when we have owners that are ALL equally committed... Until then we can only move forward at the pace that FB and BE dictate we can...
So all we can do is be patient, let them play their brinkmanship game and hope that FB and BE get bored, sell up for a reasonable price and that either Mr Mittal or the Kingfisher guy comes in...We got our Ranger's back!

Mr Mittal is worth approx 20 + Billion just take in that figure 20,000 thousand million, he spent 33 million on his daughters wedding, and millions on some crappy tower at the olympic stadium, his investment at Rangers is peanuts, the ambition shown is zero, the players signed at best average boardering on poor, Why ???.
Surely the only point of owning Rangers is to take it forward as a club to the premiership, build a new stadium and turn us into a global brand.
To do that we need massive investment, speculate to accumalate is the old saying.
Just do not understand what is going on,we have a squad that we all know will not finish top 2, even with 2 top class signings will struggle for top 6.
Baffled totally baffled and dare i say pissed off, have renewed for 40th year on the trot but really not looking forward to the new season, my god i never thought i would say that with one of the richest familys in the world owning our club.
Mittal has been know to cosy up to British Governments / Politicians, didn't his relationship with Tony Blair enable him to purchase Romania's Steel Industry for example.
Tories have outlined plans already to sell of parts of estates such as White City to private investors and relocate residents. Also the BBC TV Centre Land will be up for sale soon. With Mittal residing in Kensington is it beyond the realms of possibility that we are looking at some sort of land deal?
Quite how we fit into his plans is anyones guess but it wouldn't surprise me to find out this about more than QPR.Last edited by W12_Ranger; 27-07-2010, 03:56 PM.

Jordan ruled with his heart and not head and such is the outcome.
I hope Amit does not fall in the same trap in fact i am sure he won't
Carry on Amit and Ishant in you own way and ignore these instant success nerds

Bhatia has been part of the board who have consistently failed to improve on Caliendo's shoestring side in 3 years!
Leaving aside the fact that I've been coming since 1972. Instant success? You have a lot to learn.
Amit and Ishan have been good with words. Time to deliver.

We may not be a billion pound steel deal but if The Mittals put Little Ole QPR into Admin then there name would be mud across the Tablioids....well at least that is my theory anyway.

Dunno why everyone's getting their knickers in a twist they haven't been in charge 5 mins give them a chance to get their feet under the table. As previously stated they have been on the board & shareholders yes, Decision makers NO... I trust them, I believe they are in for the long haul. I do believe their is a bit of what maybe called a power struggle behind the scenes with regards to finance but once the dust settles these boys will show their mettle.
