Not saying he's going to, but let's give the lad a chance.

Can't go wrong. According to the BBC story NW has obviously had a look at him and must think he has enough about him to give him a go. 6 month contract only which is a great incentive. It's like saying here ya go lad, you've got 6 months to prove yourself, if you're any good you can stay. If he's got half a brain he'll try his socks off.

Yes I agree I don't think he'll be used as 1st team choice but more for youngsters to see if he can be one for the future.

Ta for that. Absolute legend, class act. At the peak of his career he was far better than any Championship striker now.

Now our assistant manager, of course.

He comes from Scotland. He has supported Palace for the last 10 years. He refers to Palace as "we", even when he had left the club. He is now our assistant manager, when asked to come back he said "What was I going to say? No? I could never dream of saying that". He said that he was Palace through and through.

That makes him a complete legend in my eyes.

Oh; and get your facts straight.

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

I watched him Saturday @ H&Y. Very average, reminded me of Dennis Oli, got subbed, for a 17 y/o trialist. Nothing suprises me now.

yeah this one really states the obvious , lack of ambition but he was free so another player to spend on wages. We will have a squad of 30+ with all these freebies.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

i dont have a problem with us giving players a chance

i am a bit board of the spin though
"snap up" is hardly appropriate, "throws a lifeline" would be a more truthful description
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Think of the £££ you save by not going down Rangers this year.
