And we pay wages commeasurate with our income?

      I don't think so.

It could so easily still happen to us on the whim of Mittal or Briatore.

No-one should be celebrating this. There but for the grace of God....etc...

I agree it could easily be us. But it isn't and they are what they are and should be gone. By way of illustration if we had to start again at the bottom we would go to the lowest English leagues with an AFC type jobbie and one day possibly remerge in the Prem. This lot would not be allowed to do that as they are not English. They'd be off to whatever they call that league at the bottom of the pools. Right place for them.

Shocking we ever allowed the millenium stadium to be used for English games as well while I'm on topic.

Those Cardiff fans are a right bunch of poofs. Swansea fans are a right bunch of poofs too.
Blimey, come to think of it, Wrexham fans mince a lot as well.
I won't be ****in' goin' to Wales again in a hurry, I can tell ya.

If they 'fessed up to financial profligacy and an ill-judged gamble on over-spending to achieve promotion (and failing) plus their current board resigned and they paid likes of Motherwell what they owe... then I'd have a tad of sympathy for them.
However, continually ducking and diving, endless hearings, extensions, blah blah blah and dragging it out whilst still playing games using players they haven't actually paid up in full for pees me off!

Would laugh very very very hard if they went out of business. 'Hate' England yet more than happy to play in our leagues, cause trouble wherever they go and of course the playoff final.

Jams, clubs that cheat by constantly overspending MUST be punished. Your lot and Cardiff have cheated season on season by spending too much and neither of you has had any meaningful punishment. What makes it worse is that they nearly went up last season and you were close to it the season before. Cheating like you have should be stopped somehow. If not, then you deserve to go to the wall. For the record, I would prefer your red n blue poo to go before the welshies. Its called Karma.

Any resemblance to Alberti is coincindental. It's more based on me - I have a distinguished Roman nose (ie a bloody big bugle!)

                          You too have overspent massively.

Instead of being punished, you were rescued.

                          You were lucky, we weren't.

Also, ours wasn't so much overspending, as much as "poor management of finance"

Yes we were lucky, but when we left our Administration, we paid £1 in the £1 to our creditors except the Chairman, who got 50p in the £1. We never recovered from that, which is what led us to the brink. Your lot overspent once, paid up at 1p in the £1, were 'saved', overspent, paid 10p in the £1 then were saved again. You left a trail of unpaid debts and are STILL trading at your natural level, when you should be at least one ladder down the league

Both Cardiff and Palace sold this seasons ST's last season. Palace therefore have all those fans payment already gone and thus have very little operating capital. There new board will therefore have to subsidise the day to day running of the club before they can think of buying anyone, and as Flav found out football clubs can drain a lot of money from those that are not seriously wealthy.

cardiff fans are some of the worst i have seen at LR.

last season a group of thugs came round to the loft end trying to stir up trouble and pick fights.

they are not a nice bunch of fans.
