        Yes but it means that any young English players will be held on to by clubs just to fill their quota, and these are the sort of players that QPR and other CCC clubs are looking to get at reasonable fees.

            Not really because they get them in as teenagers and they then have the 5 years in England, so Arsenal are better placed than many. That is probably why they can afford to let Simpson go.

              They dont have 8 englishmen to deal with there injury problems. To have players like van persie on there books who are constantly injured and not being able to buy abroad means they need to spend big on homegrown players

                They have a lot of young talent from both England and Wales (Walcott, Ramsey, Wilkshire, Thomas etc) and also those that they got in from abroad as kids like Fabregas, so they will be ok.
