I think Paulo comes across as a nice fella but lacks the knowledge and experience of the Championship.It's very difficult for a foreign manager to come here and then face signing players from our league or lower.Most foreign managers will only be familiar with Premiership players IMO.

Hope he has a good career as a manager.
