They usually wait until your 12 months is up and then send out reminders. They do keep you on record during any over lap period for the points scheme. Then you wait up to 3 months for the packs to arrive. Mine goes from Aug to July and it isn't until nearly Christmas before I get the packI blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags.
