On a serious note, those things expel noise at 120db. Safe limit for hearing is 85db.
If you think they sounded bad in the big open stadia in SA, you can triple the effect in an enclosed tight space like Loftus Road.
Loads of reports of supporters having rining in their ears for 3 days after each game at the World Cup. If any supporter has damagef hearing as a result of being exposed to a vuvuzela at a British ground, the host club would be looking at shelling out significant damages as I'm pretty sure it would be seen as negligent...
Plus you've got the fact that anyone blowing one in my vicinity would find it firmly lodged up their rectum within seconds. Thus creating more problems in the stadium as myself and hundreds of other like minded fans are ejected.Comment
