I was there last night had a nice chat with Ronnie Jepson,(top Bloke) he gave my 3 year old Daughter one of the bals they were warming up with which was in fact an official ball from last season.
Having watched all the games down here the past week, this was a completley different affair. To be honest anyone watching Vine would never put him in the first team in a million years, but the more worrying fact was that i dont think you would put any of these lads in the first team. The best player for Rangers was Oastler by a mile. Rangers had short spells of decent passing moves but these were few and far between. looking at what we had at the back last night we need to spend on defenders as we have no decent youngsters coming through in those positions. We always looked dodgy at the back and to be honest it was no suprise when we found ourselves 2 down. Lucky for Rangers, Saltash started making some changes in key positions and weekened themselves. We managed then to go on and score three goals, i thought Vine did get on the scoresheet but the floodlights were very poor and to be honest i am not sure who scored any of our goals,(sorry, i was trying to take pictures each time there was goal mouth action). Overall its just great to watch our team but we are in need of some quality at this level aswell as the first team.. Once again though Ronnie Jepson top bloke!

As a reserve game in which we came from 2-0 down to win 3-2 you would think The Offish would have some kind of celebratory report about it. Ridiculous that we have to guess what happened. It's like having to visit a cinema during war time to watch an out of date Pathe News Report sometimes. Have they not heard it's 2010?

It's obvious that Vine is being pushed out to clear his wages and he's deliberately playing badly so he can stay with the Rangers. When the window closes he'll have to rejoin the 1st team and we'll see the old Vine again.
He'll be our top scorer this season, hopefully with more than six goals!!!
