Positives:

I dont have to watch the class players like routledge, taarabt and simpson.
I get to watch the class of clint hill, shaun derry and leon clarke
I get to watch clint hill getting skinned week in week out
I dont get to watch Taarabt take the p*ss out of opposition players
I dont have to doubt warnock because according to others he is Jesus and can make sh*t players good
I get to watch shaun derry get knackered after 60 minutes
I get to watch Helguson week in week out
Stewart is being given a new contract so i get to watch him skillfully hoof it up in the air
I get to listen to Warnock talk about palace every 5 minutes
I'm going to get a sore neck from all of this hoofball

im starting to get a bit deflated. going to italy aint getting us no striker.
but im still not throwing the positive towell in, im still a believer but i am getting a tad nervous when as every week goes by with no signings.

End of the day we have around 7,000 season ticket holders, not making excuses but we are hardly a big club in this division.

The fact we are financially secure in the current football climate is number one priority.

Many are writing off the season, before a ball has even been kicked

although if last season hadnt been such a rollercoaster this wouldnt happen

The bookies have it completely wrong to think we will get automatic promotion, its a fair bet we will do better than mid table.

what makes me laugh mate is they can recognize when the manager needs changing but cannot see we need strikers, 2 boards now have dismissed the fact we do.

**** sake if this is the positive thread I wouldn't want to read the negative one.
Fact is none of us have a clue as to how the team will perform this season, whoever is in the starting line up. Yes, we could do with a striker or two, so what?
Personally I will be getting myself down to Loftus Road every week and getting behind MY TEAM, as I have done for farking years, no matter who we sign/don't sign, who the owners are, who the Manager is and what bloody furry animal is the mascot.
Supporting a football team is not about waiting to see who we sign or what "ambition" the board show, or don't, it's about getting behind whoever is wearing the hoops.
So lets go....................
