  • For people who defend the mittels.

I know we have plenty of people on here, that want to defend them but are they really involved in QPR for success????
If so surely they are wise enough to know that money needs to be spent on the playing staff.

Why bring in a quality manager and then just not give him any backing?

I heard someone on here laughing at fulham because they lost Roy hodgson.
Well they have replaced him with Martin Jol and they have also said that there will be a large transfer kitty available.

People will say that Mohammad Fayed has sold Harrords for 1.5 billion.
That is still peanuts to the mittels.

They spent 300million on amits wedding yet we can't even be given 5% of that money on transfer fees.

My mates are all glory hunters but it does become very embarracing when you start to boast them up and say we are going to join you lot in the premier league and then they ask who have the rich mittel brought in.
I reply with Derry and Hill and they reply with Who??? I said well 1 of them looks old enough to be your dad and they just laugh.

Bringing in Neil warnock has given everyone hope but if you don't give him a transfer fee then bringing in free cast offs will get you no where.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

sadly i believe its gonna be a case of.. we will sign prolly 2 mediocre strikers before barnsley and then after 2/3 games we will realise our squad cant score in a brothel and we will panick buy before window closes.

We all want some top drawer strikers in but who knows what's happening behind the scenes. Mick Jones said on Player it will all happen in the last week or so. These days agents are talking up the best deals for their players - then when it gets to the last few days you can't BS anymore.

Guess it means the club can't BS either. Keep the faith!

Weare, I really would worry, they way to look at things is how I am, we wont spend money, we will get a cast off or free transfer from Coventry City, but on the flip side we wont get relegated as Warnock is a decent enough manager at this level, even with the tripe we have and he has signed.

Fans that think we will be promotion contenders are as deluded as much as those who actually think we will spend big.

          Aint gonna happen mate.

Such a shame this once great nation of ours continues to produce these impatient teenagers who want instant gratification and feel everything can be solved by money.

Surely even looking at the recent history of QPR would tell you that if you stopped, had a look and thought for a second?

Firstly, the RECENT damage done by the Super Agent GP and his cronies will take a while to sort out. You cannot end 4 year contracts overnight blah, blah, blah.
Secondly, I would much rather have a bit of investment into the FUTURE of this club (you know -- when you haven't got a "teen" after your age) - that way we'll be producing players and have some foundations before we put the roof on.

I could go on but people who want £10m lashed out here and there will never get it.
To you success will be spending £60m to get the club promoted and then another £100m trying to stay up - if you think that is a great model to follow even with the mind boggling wealth of our owners then you really do need to work harder at school.

Finally -- I would never question the motives of a man who is prepared to wait patiently in The Springbok to get served, chooses to sit in the away end on a freezing cold Tuesday night or who realises GP needs to stay away from transfers!!! I'm happy to leave Amit running things his way and not to the mindless demands of the spoilt generation.

            Bring on the new season.

Give it a wipe. F**k your glory hunter mates. I'm in it because generations of my family supported this club. No matter whether it's Derry or Essien, Hill or Vidic, I'm a Ranger and proud. All you seem to do is moan lately. Not that many decent names have moved yet and NW has stated several times that he's looking to bring 2-3 more faces in. I feel we've already got a gem in Mackie and also that Derry is a far more vital player than most of you wish to credit him for. No...I'm not saying he's a great signing, but he's a ball winner with bags of experience. Let's try and see what happens in the next few weeks instead of regurgitating posts like this on a daily basis as it's moaning for the sake of it. How you can keep blamng the Mittals is beyond me. Do you know for a fact that NW has asked for certain players? They are happy to back him for a decent sum of dough for Taarabt, so why won't they back him for other targets? We've spent cash this season, so let's not pretend they won't give anything.
              Your mum would love me...

People have slated Fayed though and at least he shows some passion and then backs it up with ambition. I have always thought Fulham have done things fairly sensible and they are a good side to follow.

I am pleased that the managerial side has been repaired and we have learn't from past mistakes but it seems very odd how we have stopped there. QPR player is the reason why my hope have been raised as isham said funds will be made available but again we see little action. Jason Roberts and a poacher would be the way forward.

I believe it was £30m on the wedding, but even so,just 10% of that on a decent striker wouldn't go amiss.

What I find hard to understand is that Warnock said about 6 weeks ago he wanted to bring in at least a couple of strikers asap so they can settle in during the pre-season games.Where are they with less than 3 weeks to go.I must admit I'm starting to doubt the boards commitment to our club.

Just out of interest have you any instances where they have denied Warnock a transfer target?

I must have missed any interviews where warnock said i wanted to spend £5mill on joe bloggs and the board said no! The Players brought in so far have all been Warnocks Choice and not the boards.

The Last interview from the board i read ..in the standard i believe said that there was no set figure for transfers and each deal would be judged on its merits.

Do you know for a fact that the board have refused to bid for hooper for example or maybe warnock is not interested in him.

when you read that 300 million wedding story.
thats just bragging dough that they will never ever get back.
if they gave us 10 per cent of that there is a massive chance they would treble it (even if they dont get to keep it, its a long time of the club being self sufficient), and they would get quite a bit more if they sold us once we were in the premiership.
                      strange stuff.

I know you won't be watching any games next season and yes for good reason because I too also prefer playing football than watching but 1 question for you benny? Are you Happy with our strike force? If you are happy to pay over priced tickets for terrible football then that is your choice. I have supported QPR longer than yourself and been to so many games but is it wrong to want some fu cking success???????

Surely its completely irrelevent how much money was spent on their daughters wedding!!! the way people go on on here its like QPR is at the Very Top of everything the Mittals do!! its not.

if someone walked up to you in the street and said how you should spend your money and that you shouldn't spend that much on your own family and give it to a bunch of strangers who demand it because they put £600 a year into your business. I think you might tell them to do one
