That formation looks good, but without a quality striker up top we will massively struggle. to play one up front like that we need to invest 2million plus on that striker as he is in essence doing the job of 2

4 -1=2-3 at home with Derry in front of Buz and Faurlin in the middle with Mackie wide on one side and Hogan/Cook /Smith/Ambrose and a target man upfront. Away to play 4-2 =3 -1 away with Faurlin sitting next to Derry.

I see nothing wrong with Legs playing at right-back.

maybe certain formations are not set in stone, ie 4-3-3 changes very easily into 4-5-1 or 5-3-2 dependind on quality of ure wide players! this is how i am told we will play this season. have also been told that pre season is great fun from a players perspectice and Mr warnock is a lot of fun as a manger
