It's well documented that the football you played last season was horrible and ineffective. I'd find it hard to image Watson playing well under those conditions.
Watson is a Premier League footballer.... Fact.
Watson is a great player.... Fact.
Watson is a great set piece taker..... Fact.
Watson can pass the ball, unlike most of your team.... Fact.RIP: Doug, Sniffer and Pat

Nothing false or not fact there, i await your bullshoite reply.
Similarly, many define Sheffield Wednesday as a big club, because of their history. Recently, they're quite small.
2. It's still wrong.
3. There are so many of you idiots claiming to be "ikn", it beggars belief. Rest assured, he'll have his sights set on a Wigan first team place; not a mediocre-at-best Championship side in QPR. (Before you spout on about your money and ambition, looking at your recent signings. We've signed vastly better players than you have. Kenny is your only good signing, and I still wouldn't have brought him to Palace!)

Really?
Where did you finish?
I'd argue that West Brom or Newcastle this year played VASTLY superior football to yours.
Also, our new passing approach (with the ball on the FLOOR) looks absolutely brilliant. I'm not afraid to laugh at our own clubs hoofball, because until now it has actually done fairly well. But, suffice to say, the football we played against Chelsea with a squad full of youth players and trialists, was the best football I've seen at Palace for about 4 years.

What then, does that make him. You cannot claim that he is anything OTHER than a Premier League footballer; whether he deserves the title or not.
He has played most of his football in the championship since he's been at wigan you idiot. They seek him here.................

He plays for Wigan.
Wigan are in the Premier League.
Hence why he is a Premier League footballer.
Look at it again. Despite your opinion on how good he is, he plays for a Premier League side, is a Premier League footballer, and has played Premier League football last season.
Stop being an idiot. Look at the facts. Ignore your ridiculous bias.

Connolly could play for England as he is only 22, only reason he hasn't played more for Under 21's over recent years is due to injury.
I don't know who is doubting that Clyne and Moses aren't good players they are, I would happily take both at Rangers.
I don't think our team is weaker, Taraabt was an extravagance last season and I believe that Simpson's return of 12 will be equalled by Mackie. All other loan players brought in and whom played towards the end of last season have been replaced with proven championship players (Hill and Derry). Tosic is the only one I wish we still had. The reason we were where we were at the end of the season, was due to the poor decisions in the boardroom made to appoint Harford as caretaker and Hart as manager. Warnock performed admirably to get us where we ended up. He is slowly building a team which will allow Buzaky and Faurlin, two of the best CM's in this league to excel.
We need 2 strikers and a RM and we will be in around the play-offs, some full-backs would be great but at this point does not seem likely.
Clarke is a gamble but will give him a chance if NW thinks he can do a job I'm willing to back his judgement.15 years in the wilderness will be a distant memory come Sunday 8th May 2011.

I saw the highlights and spoke to chelsea fans whom went, they played Essien plus youth/reserve players. Highlights showed miskick after miskick for both teams, didn't look great either way tbh.
West Brom play good football always, Newcastle's was efficient, until the Magilton head butt Kingo is right we were destroying teams and quotes like that were made, he didn't say that, pundits did. That's when our season went downhill as were looking good in 4th at that point.Last edited by Ads1985; 20-07-2010, 11:47 PM.15 years in the wilderness will be a distant memory come Sunday 8th May 2011.

The best player i have seen for palace in the last few years is Neil danns.
Ben Watson is a borderline premiership player.
Most Qpr fans will tell you Watsons spell with us was pittiful.
Different players do the buiness at diffrent clubs. Every fan thinks they have got a special player. Eagle you are do not know for instant Faurlin like we do. Vice Versa about Clyne. It really is an argument that could continue for years.
Its totally pointless
