I for one am really happy with QPR atm.
I'm impressed with the signing's we've made already. Please remember guys its a squad game and we need depth. We have some really talented players at QPR already. Some haven't performed to their potential the last couple of years but i'm confident will do this year.
Warnock is like holloway, he gets the best out of players, he installs confidence and belief, hence why even helguson ( who scored a few goals for watford last year) hall and epriham will all do well next year and shouldn't be written off.
I think its brilliant we are trying to do the right things with transfers, we wont be held to ransom for unrealistic prices and we wont pay extortionate contracts to players on long term deals.
There's talk of a new training ground, investment in youth which are all promising new directions.
We have a clever manager who seen it and done it before, who's honest and takes no messing around, who is actively trying and to build a rapport and respect with the fans. This guy gives youth a chance, and builds teams with passion, and that's what you want to see from your team.
More importantly though guys we are moving forward again, and slowly getting back the club we all love, that we feel was taken from us and abused by briatorie and co.
In small strides I'm sure we will get where want to, I just think some people are so unrealistic with expectations and over night success.
Fact we are not one of the biggest clubs in this country, we dont have a massive fan base or attendance and that puts us at a disadvantage financially. We do not want to see our club spend millions on transfers and wages and then go under, lets just be happy that we have some money and we our now investing wisely and sensibly and relying on good old man management to bring the best out of the squad and over achieve with out getting into ridiculous debt.
For all the guys moaning about no new striker or ambition, give it a rest its july, not the 31st August, and maybe just maybe try and find some trust and faith and get behind the team,warnock has already said they are working on it. Stop slagging of players like derry and hill just because a begrudged palace fan says there crap. Watch them play first, we need those type of players.
Jesus look at the last two seasons we have been through, lets just be happy we are moving forward and we have this new set up and we are getting our club back.....Some faith guys!!!
