Obviously nothing like the old 70's one is it and much more the JD Sports one of a while ago. Must say I'm not a big fan but really, its not as big a deal as some are making it out to be.......its a shirt FFS but then considering the effort some put in to moaning on here one isn't that surprised.

Nike pay Man Utd a flat fee every 4 years and then they take ALL the merchandising sales on Nike products and deal with the 3rd parties directly. Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs have similar deals with adidas and Puma. The volume of overall sales year on year are neither here nor there as the sum is guaranteed.
If we are lotto's key UK contract (as we were told at the time) it's not beyond the realms of possibility that they shunt up the money to the club in advance on a similar premise?

The badges on all these lotto shirts seem like they are stuck on as an after thought. With cheap glue. And probably by some 8 yr old child in mumbai. Why are they not screen printed on (like their own logo is). Same on shorts. Looks cheap imo.

Umbro's template and material used for the coming season are excellent. That's where we should be heading. Anyone gets the chance, look at the Southampton shirt. Brilliant. Lotto haven't produced anything saleable for us really and the material and sizing used is completely out of kilter for the UK market.

Like it.
Like the JD one from a few years back, which I also liked a lot. Better than the dennis the menace stripes.
May get one of these at the end of season when they are £10. Too old/sensible to worry about if I have the latest shirt
Agree with comments about Adidas. Best shirts out there, and history for us as well.

the white and red halves.. can we not have that purely because of the white in both the home and away kit is too similar (in amount of white) - example - home kit is half white half blue.. away kit would be half white half blue?Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"
