First of all will have video up of the matches by Monday, if Myu picks meets me up on Saturday in Paddington it will be Saturday night
First things first no Vine, Mahon or Cook in these parts, though the reason given for Cookie, he is doing more rehabiltation, so we ill have to see. Ageymang was here, but apparantly told a fan he was slightly stiff, whether thats football related only time will tell.#
Make no mistake these players look fitter and meaner than before, Buzsacky and legiterwood looked to have lost at least a stone in weight and even Damion has lost pounds.
Whoever makes the trip to Italy will be with QPR next season, so watch out of that!! The only players that this might not effect are Rowlands and Cook which their respective injuries, just I feel may be more than meets the eye with Cook, as if Ageymang is stiff and not fit, why is Cook not here? Rowlands was here and he won't play contact football for at least 2-3 weeks !!
I'll leave that one for the speculators?
Next 48-72 hours we will see a few go and maybe one come in, so best to wait and see. Whilst I am writing this many will point to Uncle Gianni, truth is he is not even here in Devon but is back in london, so my info has not come from him. Thought I clear that up as I know, what many of you are like
As for the game it was one way traffic and its encouraging to see many players looking confident and a quick mention for Mackie who looks very pacy and switched quite a bit with Hogan. I gather Leicester are indeed interesting in Hogan and Buzsacky, but the latter we are not letting go unless a ridiculous price comes in for him and I suspect that would be over 2 million. (only my view) Body language of Clarke is not great and the feedback from Monday nights game was that his head went down after he missed two one on ones and it was noticeable he will need good man mangement. As for Helguson, I'd take a punt he wll here next season though even against the lowly level of Bodmin he got offside at least 4 times.
If the weather continues to pelt down here in Devon, I would think the Torquay match could be in jeopardy as no-one would want to risk injury before the Italian tour, but in a nothing match I'm guessing no gambles will be taken.
A couple of games have been added, the one On saturday and indeed Monday against Saltash will be a team full of mainly youngsters, if you see pros play I'd take a big guess they are not with us next season, as full first teamers/next season squad members will be in Italy
Will try and keep you posted.
We are still hopeful that Ambrose will agree a deal, though Tarrabt is looking less likely as the days go by. A video of the Bodmin game and hopefully Torquay will be up soon
