in fairness considering the opposition they still put in 100% by all accounts, some would just show interest when the ball came to them, no chasing back etc.

Hall is a footballing centre half and appears to have impressed all managers he has worked under. However, he has the air of someone who doesn't care and tends to go missing when the going gets tough. He is also VERY prone to stupid challenges in the Penalty Area that will cost us. IMO Ramage, Connolly, Gorkks AND Stewart should be ahead of him at Centre Back.

If he's here still on 7th August, I reckon he may start you know; he may even be captain?

Mackie will be the attacker that plays left or right and unlikely to be the direct centre forward, but early signs are very good
